Coming in 2024, an exploration of lesser known antiracism movements around the world. In partnership with Museum of Everyone — based in County Offaly, Ireland — InkBlot Complex produces this unique documentary journalism. A six-episode series begins with a portrait of uprising in Minneapolis during 2020-21, before taking viewers through Mexico's La Costa Chica, Chicago's Southside and Westside, coastal Ghana, New Orleans, and Cartagena, Colombia. Thornton scouts all locations, conducts all interviews, provides context, and hopefully expands and shapes viewers' perceptions of the contemporary moment.
